Long story short, it was nice to stay at this beautiful place but I would not at all recommend this resort to friends, family or fellow traveler.Tick off the bucket list – here are the biggest and best things to do in Riyadh across one, two and three days. This resort claims to be "eco-friendly". When planning to stay at this resort, you need to get a rental car. The staff, specially at the front desk needs a lot more of education in hospitality and customer service to meet the standards, to justify the high prices. □ What I found was unfortunately the worst service I ever experienced in a hotel around this price range. Habitas, known for its bohemian resorts in Tulum (Mexico) and Namibia, set the expectations of any luxury traveler very high. □ Habitas al-'Ula set right in the heart of the protected Ashar Valley - an etheral, otherworldly landscape of soaring rock formations and endless desert plains - is one of the most beautiful places I've seen so far. This post was quite difficult for me to write, because I was looking so much forward to this stay.
